Today – a pro tip for travel planning…
Check out this website The Points Guy. There is a beginner button at the top if you are new to all this. I recommend you sign up for their newsletter at the bottom of the landing page. That’s what I read all the time, choosing articles according to my interest as there is a lot of content!
You don’t have to endlessly deep-dive and drill down as it can get quite complex not to mention time consuming parsing travel with regards to rewards points, credit cards, loyalty programs, redemptions. Just 1 or 2 layers in is already a benefit. Take what you need and leave the rest. Use the search if you want something specific like “how to book the cheapest flight to Asia”. And don’t forget, googleflights is your friend also when you are researching a destination. TPG (The Points Guy) has a nice article about how to use the entire google travel app/website.
